There are two view types to list your alarms in the Galarm app. These can be selected by going to the "Alarms" tab and from the top-right picking "⋮ > Switch to List view" or "⋮ > Switch to Summary View": 1. List View 2. Summary View

  • Summary View

This is the default view after the app is installed. It has a few different sections for easy navigation: Next 5 Alarms This shows a horizontal list of 5 alarms that will ring next in chronological order. Alarms This section is further divided into four parts: Today: It shows a list of all alarms that will ring today in chronological order. Tomorrow: It shows a list of alarms that will ring tomorrow in chronological order. All: It shows a list of all alarms and replicates the List View of alarms. Missed: It shows a list of all alarms that are not acknowledged yet. Categories This sections show a list of alarm categories defined in the app with the number of alarms in each category. Within each category, a list view of alarms is shown filtered by the alarms present in that category.

  • List View

This shows your alarms in a simple and flat listing. It is divided into four sections and the four sections appear in the following order: Expired This sections show a list of expired alarms which are not acknowledged. The alarms appear in red color in this section signifying that the alarms are not acknowledged. A confirmed group alarm may continue to appear in the Expired section for the next 12 hours to allow users to view the confirm/decline status of other participants and view their chat messages. Upcoming This sections shows a list of alarm that will ring in the next 24 hours in chronological order. If an alarm is repeating and is supposed to ring in the next 24 hours but the previous occurrence of the alarm is not marked done, then the alarm will appear in Expired section only. Once the alarm is marked done, it will move to the Upcoming section. Later This section shows a list of alarms that will ring later than 24 hours. In this section also, if a repeating alarm is supposed to appear in the Later section but the previous occurrence of the alarm is not marked done, then the alarm will appear in the Expired section and once the previous occurrence is marked done, it will move to the Later section. Inactive This section shows a list of alarms that have been disabled. In this section also, the alarms are ordered in chronological order with respect to when they are supposed to ring next.
