How to I change my subscription on iOS

Thanks for being a premium subscriber. This page describes steps on how to change your subscription level.

  • Open Phone Settings

    Click on your name to launch the Apple ID screen

  • Check the ACTIVE list

    If Galarm - Alarms and Reminders appears on that list and says "Renews <date>", click on it. If the app is not set to auto-renew, you will see "Expiring <date>". In that case you do not need to do anything. It will auto-cancel, per iOS subscription management.

  • Click on See All Plans Subscription

  • Pick the subscription level you want to change to

    You will see all "Available Plans" that we offer. Your current subscription will be highlighted as well.

  • Confirm your changes

    If you pick a different subscription level, please read the notice and confirm your subscription changes.
